§ Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full prior to the agreed wedding date. All prices include value added tax. Prices are quoted in euros.

  • Our preferred method is payment by bank transfer, either directly using the IBAN, or by using Wise (it is much cheaper and gives better exchange rates than regular transfers; “Revolut” seems to be good too). Through Wise we also have bank accounts in USA, UK, Belgium (for € payments) and Australia, so you can make a local transfer in your own currency with minimum fees.  We will send the details you need with your invoice, or please ask us.

  • You can also use your debit or credit card – we can send a link on request. The system is run by Stripe and is easy to use, and secure. It takes any major credit card, including Visa and Mastercard. The transfer fees are however usually higher than with a bank transfer.

  • If you want to pay cash (€ or kroner) on arrival then please let us know in advance and be aware that €500 notes are not accepted in Denmark

§ Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we must be notified in writing as soon as possible.

With 4 weeks notice (from your booked wedding date) 50% of your deposit will be fully refunded, or you can postpone the wedding date at no added cost.

In the event of cancelation with less than 4 week’s notice of your wedding date, the deposit is non-refundable, and/or there will be an added fee of €500 euros to book a new date.

Where a special location has been booked, or where other costs have been incurred, we reserve the right to recover those additional costs.

§ Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy.  Relevant documents have to be processed by the Agency of Family Law (AFL) for approval, but in every other respect client records and documents are regarded as confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
