Danish Island Weddings works in collaboration with Den Gamle Købmandsgaard cafe, with whom we share the building, to offer ultra-delicious handcrafted wedding cakes with seasonal edible blooms and berries.
Our couples and their guests often agree that these are the best cakes in the world. The frosting recipe is super secret (even we don't know exactly what’s in it) and for the base, you can choose between fresh lemon or rich chocolate—both are great options!
